CTPark Košice: Industrial Park with Direct Access to the Airport and D1 Motorway

CTPark Košice is a modern Class A industrial park located in Slovakia's second-largest city – Košice. CTPark Košice is located just 7 km from the city centre and directly adjacent to the international airport. Technical Parameters of the Halls

The total built-up area is 87,976 m² on a site covering 20 ha. The halls have a clear height of 12 m, a 12 × 24 m column grid and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m². The structure is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with the possibility of installing crane runways. The mezzanine above the loading docks has a load capacity of 500 kg/m². All buildings are designed for high energy efficiency and meet BREEAM Very Good certification.

Equipment Standard

The park is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting with automatic intensity control, drive-in doors and hydraulic loading docks with a load capacity of 6,000 kg. The façades have a fire resistance of 120 minutes, while the roofs are prepared for the installation of solar panels. The outdoor areas are illuminated by parapet lights and enclosed by a two-metre fence with a gatehouse.

Employee Facilities and Offices

The office premises are designed with an emphasis on functionality – they feature raised floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning and access to network cabling. Kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. The park includes a Clubhaus community centre with catering, medical care and facilities for training and team-building.
