The park currrently consists of two existing modern warehouses, both of which are fully occupied by long-term tenants. Construction of another four halls (3,200 sq m to 23,400 sq m) is planned and will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements. The smallest rentable unit is 1,800 sq m. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production.
The park is situated in the southern part of Hradec Králové, within the Březhrad commercial area.
Approximately 5 km from the D35 highway, which provides direct connection to the D11 highway (Prague - Hradec Králové).
