The park will consist of two modern industrial halls with a rentable area of 8,300 sq m and 30,500 sq m. Premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. The first hall is already built and is fully leased. Construction of the last building (8,300 sq m) will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements. Both buildings have been permitted with a higher than standard clear internal height of 12 m.
The park is located on the eastern outskirts of Planá nad Lužnicí, 10 km south of Tábor.
Less than 1 km from exit 84 on the D3 highway.
Easy access by public transport - bus stop is located within walking distance and train station is 1.2 km away from the park.
