The Urbanity Campus Tachov industrial park has a total area of 200,000 m2 with the possibility of building 62,000 m2 of industrial, 14,000 m2 of multifunctional and 5,500 m2 of accommodation space.
This is the first project in the Czech Republic with BREEAM Communities certification. Housing for employees, a canteen and a doctor's surgery are available within the premises. A railway siding is also brought to the area.
The park is located on the southeastern outskirts of Tachov.
The nearest highway exit is located 13 km away (no. 128 on the D5 highway).
