Away from Asia, towards the Czech Republic. The interest of companies in production halls is growing, they help developers and funds.

From the second half of 2022, we are registering an increase in demand for renting modern industrial premises from manufacturing companies. In the second quarter of this year and in the entire first half of 2023, they accounted for almost 60% of the total net rental activity. During the covid period, demand was significantly driven by the e-commerce sector, which reached up to 62% (3Q 2021). However, over the last three quarters, the activity of e-shops has decreased considerably and is now at the level of 5% (2Q 2023).
