CTPark Ostrava Poruba is a modern Class A industrial park located on the western edge of Ostrava, in close proximity to the D1 motorway. Thanks to its location in a regional metropolis with developed infrastructure, technical education and an available workforce, it is ideal for companies in logistics, manufacturing and research. Ostrava is the third-largest city in the Czech Republic and the centre of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
Location and Transport Accessibility
The park is located 17 km from the centre of Ostrava, 10 km from the international airport and has direct access to the D1 motorway. Technical Parameters of the Halls
The total built-up area is 86,977 m² on a site covering 20 ha. There are 7,461 m² of completed space available (OSTP03). The halls have a clear height of 12 m, a 12×24 m column grid and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m². The construction consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with the possibility of installing crane rails. The mezzanine above the loading docks has a load capacity of 500 kg/m².
Equipment Standard
The park is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting with automatic intensity control, drive-in doors and hydraulic loading docks with a load capacity of 6,000 kg. The façades have a fire resistance of 120 minutes, and the roofs are prepared for the installation of solar panels. The outdoor areas are illuminated by parapet lights and enclosed by a two-metre fence with a gatehouse.

The office spaces are designed with an emphasis on functionality – raised floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning and network cabling. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. The park includes the Clubhaus community centre with catering, medical care and facilities for training and team-building.
