The floors have a load-bearing capacity of up to 5 tonnes per m², allowing them to be used for storage systems as well as light manufacturing. The mezzanine above the loading docks has a load-bearing capacity of 500 kg/m². The minimum rentable unit is flexible according to the client's requirements.
