The park consists of six modern industrial halls ranging in size from 1,000 sq m to 16,600 sq m. The premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, light production or as retail showrooms.
The planned construction of several new industrial buildings that will be suitable for light production, research and development, storage, or as retail showrooms. The park will also offer separate office space for lease.
The park will be developed in Zápy just south-east from Brandýs nad Labem. Close to the D10 highway (Prague - Mladá Boleslav - Liberec), the nearest highway exit is no. 10 located 3 km away. Easy access by public transport – bus stop within walking distance (75 m). New train station will be established at park entrance.
