The premises are ideal for retail / commercial use (e.g. as a showroom). Clear internal height of the storage space is 6.5 m, floor loading capacity 5 T/sq m and each unit has a direct drive-in gate (no loading docks). Further construction in this park is not planned.
The area is located in the popular Průhonice-Čestlice commercial zone on the south of Prague.
Great access to exit 8 of the D1 highway (Prague - Brno - Ostrava).
