The standard clear height of the warehouses is 12 metres, the floor load-bearing capacity is 5 t/m², and the column spacing is 12 × 24 m. The minimum lettable unit ranges from approximately 6,900 m². The warehouses are ready for the installation of crane runways and feature mezzanines with a load-bearing capacity of 500 kg/m².
