Upon its completion, the complex will consist of six modern industrial buildings with a total area of 84,359 sq m. The construction of the last two buildings is planned. The construction will be built to suit the requirements of the future tenant. The premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, or light production.
The park is located on the eastern outskirts of the Lipník nad Bečvou town. 3 km from exit 296 which provides direct access to the D1 highway (Prague - Brno - Ostrava) and also the D35 highway (Lipník nad Bečvou - Olomouc - Mohelnice).
