CTPark Žilina: Industrial Park in the Heart of the Slovak Automotive Industry
CTPark Žilina is a modern Class A industrial park located in the north-western part of Slovakia, close to the borders with the Czech Republic and Poland. Thanks to its location in one of the country's most important automotive clusters and excellent connections to the motorway network, it is ideal for manufacturing and logistics companies. Companies such as Kia Slovakia, Hyundai and other OEM manufacturers operate in the surrounding area, increasing the attractiveness of the location.

The site is located 9 km from the D1 motorway and the railway station in Žilina. Approximately 690,000 people live in the region, ensuring access to the workforce. The structure is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with the possibility of installing crane tracks. The mezzanine above the loading ramps has a load capacity of 500 kg/m².
