The park consists of three existing modern industrial halls with a total rentable area of 48,300 sq m. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Two of the existing buildings may be extended in the future and provide additional 1,960 sq m and 4,875 sq m. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements.
The park is spreads over two locations, both on the north-eastern outskirts of Teplice, in close proximity of the I/13 road which provides convenient access to the D8 highway (Prague - Ústí nad Labem).
