The park consists of 17 modern industrial halls of varying sizes and standards and two office buildings. The total combined rentable area of all existing industrial halls exceeds 175,000 sq m. The premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production. Separate offices are also available for lease. Further construction in this park is not planned.
The park is located in a town of Modřice, which is situated approximately 10 km south from the Brno city centre.
4 km from exit 3 of the D2 highway (Brno - Bratislava/Slovakia), which also provides direct connection to the D1 highway (Prague - Brno - Ostrava).
Easy access by public transport – there are several bus stops within the park.
