The park consists of one modern warehouse with a total rentable area of 44,500 sq m. The building was built in 2016 with a standard clear internal height of 10 m and standard floor loading capacity of 5T/sq m. Construction of another two halls is planned (16,000 sq m and 31,600 sq m) and may be carried out as a built-to-suit solution. Premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution or light production.
