The halls are constructed from prefabricated reinforced concrete with a 12 × 24 m column grid and a clear height of 12 metres. The floors have a load-bearing capacity of up to 5 tonnes/m², allowing for the installation of heavy equipment and high-load storage racking systems. Units of various sizes are available and can be adapted to the specific needs of tenants.

Equipment Standard
