CTPark Louny II: Modern Industrial Park in a Traditional Manufacturing Region

CTPark Louny II is a modern Class A industrial park located in one of the traditional industrial areas of the Czech Republic. Technical Parameters of the Halls

The total planned built-up area amounts to 40,820 m² on a plot of 9.08 ha. Two planned buildings are available: LOUN02 (20,986 m²) and LOUN03 (19,834 m²). The halls will have a clear height of 12 m, a 12×24 m column grid and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m². The structure will be made of prefabricated reinforced concrete, with the possibility of installing crane tracks. The mezzanine above the loading docks will have a load capacity of 500 kg/m².

Equipment Standard

The park will be equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting with automatic intensity control, drive-in doors and hydraulic loading docks with a load capacity of 6,000 kg. The façades will have a fire resistance of 120 minutes, and the roofs will be prepared for the installation of solar panels. The outdoor areas will be illuminated by parapet lights and enclosed by a two-metre fence with a gatehouse.

Employee Facilities and Offices

The office spaces will be designed with an emphasis on functionality – raised floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning and network cabling. The kitchenettes will be equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. The park will feature the Clubhaus community centre with catering, medical care and spaces for training and team-building.

Security and Additional Information

CTPark Louny II places an emphasis on security – fencing, camera systems, controlled entrances and quality lighting will be standard. Paved areas, drainage and greenery will contribute to a pleasant working environment. The park will be equipped with systems for water retention and reuse.
