The park consists of three industrial halls with a total rentable area of 19,500 sq m and offers smaller flexible units (starting from approx. 600 sq m) with a clear internal height of 9 m, standard floor loading capacity of 5 t/sq m and loading docks or drive-in gates (depending on building). Separate offices are also available for lease. Further construction in this park is not possible.
