The warehouses are constructed from prefabricated reinforced concrete frames with a modular layout of 12 × 24 m and a clear height of 12 metres. The floors have a load-bearing capacity of up to 5 tonnes per m², making them suitable for storage racking and light manufacturing. The mezzanine above the loading bays has a load-bearing capacity of 500 kg/m². The minimum lettable unit size is flexible according to the client’s requirements.
