Once completed, the industrial area will consists of seven buildings with a total area of more than 130,000 sq m, ranging in size from 5,900 sq m to 43,700 sq m. The buildings are designed with a clear height of 10 m and will have loading docks, drive-ins, and sustainable features such as solar panel preparation, electric vehicle charging stations, and green facades and roofs. The smallest leasable unit is 1,500 sq m. The new construction will be certified using the BREEAM method with a minimum rating of Very Good. The premises are suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, or light production.
The area is located on the outskirts of České Budějovice, in the Hůry commercial park. The location offers excellent transport links to and from the city and is adjacent to the intersection of Route 34 (E551) and the D3 motorway from Prague to Linz, Austria. A direct motorway entrance and exit is also planned. Public transport (bus) is within walking distance.
