Upon completion, the park will consist of eight modern industrial buildings with a total leasable area of more than 230,000 sq m. The buildings are designed with a clear height of 10 m and will feature loading docks, drive-ins, and sustainable features such as heat pumps and LED lighting. The area is designed in accordance with BREEAM Excellent New Construction certification. The premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, light production, and retail.
The site will be located next to the E55 road, 12 km from the D3 highway (exit 131), 6 km from the centre of České Budějovice and 2 km from České Budějovice Airport. In 2023, the construction of the extension of the D3 motorway, which would run around the site, should begin. Train station within walking distance.
